Do you need financial assistance?

This is a reimbursement grant. All Grants will be reviewed, but New York residents are given priority. You must provide proof of Diagnosis and receipts related to your recovery. We understand that the bills start piling up when it comes to eating disorder treatment and recovery. We will help up to $1,000. Please submit a signed doctor's note from a psychologist or Primary care provider, including a diagnosis, and receipts that support recovery, such as co-pays, nutritionist/ counseling services, with the name on the receipt matching the treatment. Please submit the form to complete the application. We accept applications at any time. ALL your receipts must be within 1 year of your application date. Must have an Eating Disorder Diagnosis to apply. Any incomplete applications without the necessary documents will not be considered. Please ensure all paperwork is sent to the email below.
